
Sesame Rice

Ingredients
- Rice 1 cup
- Black sesame seeds 10 fl oz
- Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon
- Black sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
- Freshly squeezed orange juice 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Step 2
For the sesame dressing, heat the sesame oil in a small saucepan with the white sesame seeds.
Step 3
Stir until it turns golden.
Step 4
Turn off the heat and add the black sesame seeds and lime juice to the oil, mixing well.
Step 5
About 5 minutes before the rice is done cooking, when most of the water has evaporated, add the sesame dressing to the rice, mix well, and let it sit off the heat for 5 minutes.
