Ingredients
- Trout 10 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Prunes 0 oz
- Vinegar essence 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Lemon 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Water 15 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Scald the trout with boiling water, clean it from scales while keeping the skin, gut it, wash it, and stuff its belly with soaked prunes.
Step 2
Pour oil and vinegar into a saucepan, add chopped parsley and minced garlic, place the fish on top, and add water. Put the saucepan in the oven and bake at high temperature for 45 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked fish to a warmed dish. In the saucepan, pour in a mixture of beaten egg, finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, and lemon juice, and let the sauce thicken while gently stirring with a fork. Arrange the sauce around the fish on the dish. Garnish with lemon slices.
