Step 1
Pour boiling water over the nettle leaves and chop them finely.
Step 2
Wash the cabbage and shred it.
Step 3
Place a layer of cabbage at the bottom of a pot, sprinkle the semolina evenly on top, and cover everything with a layer of nettle.
Step 4
Pour 100 ml of salted water over the contents of the pot, cook for 10–15 minutes, then cover the pot with a lid and let the porridge steam.
Step 5
Season the cooked porridge with butter.
