- Milk 25 fl oz
- Semolina 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Fat 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring milk or water, slightly salted, to a boil. Gradually add semolina in a continuous stream while stirring to avoid lumps, and cook until thickened. Slightly cool and add 2 eggs.
Step 2
Mix well, shape the mixture into croquettes the size of a sausage, coat in flour, and fry in melted fat. Serve with vegetables.
