Ingredients
- Egg white 1 piece
- Dark red seaweed 5 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Imitation Crab 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Scallions to taste
- Canned Corn 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the egg hard and chop it.
Step 2
Cut the imitation crab into pieces.
Step 3
Drain the seaweed from the juice.
Step 4
Drain the liquid from the corn.
Step 5
Layer the seaweed at the bottom of the dish and spread mayonnaise on top.
Step 6
Add the corn on top.
Step 7
Spread another layer of mayonnaise.
Step 8
Place the imitation crab on top of the mayonnaise.
Step 9
Cover with another layer of mayonnaise.
Step 10
Finally, add the chopped egg, season with salt, and for decoration, sprinkle with green onion.
