- Herring in red wine sauce 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the cuttlefish, cut into pieces or pass through a meat grinder with a coarse grate.
Step 2
Place in a heated skillet, add sautéed onion, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook until done.
Step 3
Pour in the red sauce and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Serve with fried potatoes, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
