Seafood Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- Scallops 0 oz
- Mussels 5 oz
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Squid 5 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Flaky sea salt a pinch
- White Pepper (whole) 0.3 teaspoons
- Ocean salt to taste
- Lime 0.3 pieces
- Dry White Wine 2½ tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon
- Black sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a hot skillet, heat olive oil with a pinch of coarse salt.
Step 2
Add the seafood mix.
Step 3
Season with white pepper.
Step 4
After 2 minutes, sprinkle with sesame seeds and stir. Reduce heat to low.
Step 5
After another 2 minutes, stir again.
Step 6
Add salt.
Step 7
Add lime juice. Stir.
Step 8
Pour in the wine.
Step 9
After 3–4 minutes, increase the heat. Stir.
Step 10
After 1 minute, remove from heat, transfer to a plate, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and serve.
