  • Water 10 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Wheat Flour to taste

Step 1

Prepare the tomato sauce: sauté the onion (40 g), carrot, flour, and tomato puree, add water, salt, spices, bring to a boil and strain.

Step 2

Cut the potatoes and fry them in oil.
