Description
Green oil — blend dill, spinach, and olive oil in a thermomix at 60 degrees and strain through cheesecloth. The shrimp in the recipe should be large; small ones simply won’t survive this adventure and will turn to dust. The recipe calls for vegetable oil — feel free to use your favorite olive oil, as it’s just perfect here. Also, according to the idea of John, this dish doesn’t require any sides; enjoy it on its own, preferably with a glass of your favorite white wine.
