Seafood Paella with Peas
Ingredients
- Long-Grain Rice 1 cup
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Chicken Broth ½ liter
- Butter 5 oz
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Dill 1 bunch
- Lemon to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
- Canned Mushroom Soup to taste
- Mussels to taste
- Squid to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the seafood and prepare the chicken broth. Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed skillet and sauté the onion until soft, then add the garlic cloves and cook until fragrant.
Step 2
Add the rings of squid and sauté until lightly golden, then add the mussels. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Next, add the bell pepper and cook for the same amount of time.
Step 4
Then add the rice and pour in a small amount of broth; each time the broth evaporates, add more until the rice is cooked.
Step 5
After that, add the green peas, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. Let it sit for 3–5 minutes.
