Ingredients
- Gruyère cheese 20 oz
- Cider 10 fl oz
- Potato protein 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Kirsch 1 teaspoon
- Dill 1 teaspoon
- Scallops 15 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Shrimp 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil and clean the scallops and shrimp. Grate the cheese coarsely, transfer it to a pot, and place it over medium heat. Add the cider, lemon juice, and starch, stirring until the cheese melts.
Step 2
Add the kirsch and chopped dill, place the fondue on a burner to keep the cheese bubbling. Cut the scallops. Drizzle the seafood with lemon juice and dip into the cheese.
