Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Soy Sauce 2 spoons
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Seafood cocktail 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the seafood mix in advance.
Step 2
Add olive oil to the skillet, finely chop the onion and garlic, and sauté for 2–3 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the cream, a splash of soy sauce, and pepper to the sautéed onions and garlic, then simmer for 3–4 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring constantly to prevent the cream from boiling.
Step 4
Sauté the seafood mix for 7 minutes.
