Sea Bream with Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Bream 2 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice ½ teaspoon
- Marinated cherries 15 oz
- Capers 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 4 teaspoons
- Dry White Wine 4 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Water 5 fl oz
- Parsley ½ bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and gut the fish. Heat olive oil in a pan. Lightly fry the fish. Add chili pepper and tomatoes. Pour in the wine and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes. Add 100 ml of water. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes until fully cooked. Transfer the fish to a serving dish. Add chopped herbs and capers to the pan, and cook for another 2–3 minutes. Serve together with the fish.
