- Bream 2 pieces
- Fresh Rose Hips 2 sprigs
- Flaky sea salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Gut the fish, rinse it, rub the outside with pepper and salt, place a sprig of rosemary inside, and wrap it in foil.
Step 2
Place in a baking dish, cover with a lid, and put in the oven at 355°F for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Once cooked, remove the fish from the foil and fillet it using a spoon, separating the skin, head, tail, bones, and fins.
Step 4
Place the clean fillet on a plate, add more salt and pepper if necessary, then drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, and serve.
