Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Marinate the sea bass fillet with Italian herbs, black and white ground pepper for 10 minutes. Sauté the zucchini and cherry tomatoes in olive oil.
Step 2
Place the sautéed vegetables in a baking dish, top with the sea bass fillet, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C. When serving, arrange the finished dish in the center of the plate and garnish with anchovies, lemon, and herbs.
