Description

This fish can be enjoyed without any additional sauces, but if a sauce is needed simply as a tradition, you can take the juice of two lemons, mix it with salt, garlic, olive oil, and fresh thyme leaves.

  • Sea Bass 6 pieces
  • Thyme 5 oz
  • Lemon 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Garlic 12 cloves
  • Onion 1 head
  • Champignons 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean the fish, remove the gills, and discard the entrails.

Step 2

In half of the olive oil, sauté the finely chopped onion for two minutes, then add the garlic and mushrooms, and simmer for another three minutes. Next, season with salt and pepper, mix in the thyme leaves, and simmer for an additional minute.

Step 3

Stuff the fish with the filling, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Place in an oven preheated to 355°F for fifteen minutes.
