Sea Bass with Thyme and Garlic
Ingredients
- Sea Bass 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Thyme ½ bunch
- Lemon 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Dill ½ bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the fish and place it on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Step 2
Make small incisions and stuff the fish with garlic.
Step 3
Place sliced lemon and thyme inside the fish.
Step 4
Add sliced onion and the remaining lemon around the fish.
Step 5
Cover the fish with foil.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven and bake at 430°F for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Three minutes before it's done, open the foil and place dill sprigs on top of the fish.
Step 8
Serve with corn salad and cherry tomatoes.
