Sea Bass with Sauce

Ingredients
- Sea Bass 30 oz
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 pieces
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil ⅓ cup
- Vinegar essence 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the whole peeled garlic in heated oil and remove from the pan. In the same oil, fry the fish on all sides until golden brown and also remove from the pan.
Step 2
In the same oil, sauté the finely chopped onion without changing its color. Add the tomatoes, bell pepper, salt, and simmer. Add the finely chopped olives, bay leaf, pour in the vinegar, and simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Place the fish on a serving dish, pour the prepared sauce over it, and serve immediately.
