Sea Bass with Rustic Potatoes

Ingredients
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Green peppercorns 1 piece
- Water 2 cups
- Salad Potatoes 15 oz
- Crushed Tomatoes in Their Own Juice 15 oz
- Ground Cumin ½ teaspoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Chili Flakes ¼ teaspoon
- Scorpion fish fillet 15 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep skillet, sauté the minced garlic and finely chopped pepper in olive oil until soft. Add the tomatoes, water, diced potatoes, cumin, parsley, and chili flakes. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Step 2
Gently mash the potatoes with the back of a spoon and place the fish on top. Cook for 10 minutes until done.
