Ingredients

  • Scorpion fish fillet 2 pieces
  • Oranges 1 piece
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Dried Dill Stems to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to grill mode with convection at 390°F.

Step 2

Wash the sea bass fillets and place them on a cutting board. Cut each fillet across into 2 pieces.

Step 3

Using your thumb to press the neck of the oil bottle, drizzle the fish.

Step 4

In the same manner, drizzle the fillets with soy sauce.

Step 5

Cut the orange into wedges. Squeeze 2 wedges over the fish, and place another 4 on each fillet.

Step 6

Transfer the fish onto 2 sheets of foil.

Step 7

Season with pepper, sprinkle with dried dill, or place fresh sprigs on top.

Step 8

Wrap into an envelope. Place on the oven rack.

Step 9

After 20 minutes, open the envelope and leave the fish in the oven for another 5-8 minutes to form a crust.
