Ingredients
- Sea Bass 30 oz
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Oregano 1 teaspoon
- Basil 1 teaspoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 teaspoons
- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grease the bottom of a baking dish with oil.
Step 2
Chop the garlic and olives, season with spices, and spread them on the bottom of the dish.
Step 3
Place the fish steaks on top, season with salt and pepper, and pour the wine over them.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 430°F.
