Sea Bass with Leeks
Ingredients
- Sea Bass 1 piece
- Leek 1 piece
- Onion 5 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Courgette 5 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the leek lengthwise and boil for a few minutes in 200 ml of water.
Step 2
Clean and prepare the sea bass, cut open the belly, and place the bay leaves inside.
Step 3
Wrap the fish in the boiled leek.
Step 4
Place the fish on a baking sheet or baking dish, season with salt and pepper, pour wine and olive oil over it, and place the chopped vegetables around it.
Step 5
Bake for about 30 minutes in an oven at 390°F.
Step 6
Garnish the finished fish with parsley sprigs.
