
Sea Bass with Herbs

Use a fish bouillon cube.
Ingredients
- Sea Bass 20 oz
- Margarine 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 head
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Water 10 fl oz
- Bouillon cube 1 piece
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0.3 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the margarine in a heavy-bottomed pot. Add chopped onion and sauté for a few minutes without changing color. Add the fish fillet and fry everything together. Season with salt to taste.
Step 2
Whisk together the flour and water and pour the mixture into the pot. Add the bouillon cube, then the chopped dill and parsley. Lightly sprinkle with pepper. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Check the fish for doneness with a fork.
Step 3
Add the lemon juice and herbs. Serve with lemon slices.
