Sea Bass with Fennel
Ingredients
- Sea Bass 3 pieces
- Fennel 3 pieces
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Spanish onions 2 heads
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Black Cumin (Cumin) a pinch
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix salt, pepper, and cumin in a bowl.
Step 2
Remove scales and entrails from the fish, rinse well, and dry with paper towels. Rub the fish inside and out with the salt and spice mixture.
Step 3
Sear in a pan for 5 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Chop the vegetables. Place half of them on the bottom of a baking dish or tray.
Step 5
Place the sea bass on top of the vegetables, drizzle with wine, sprinkle with oil, and add the remaining vegetables on top.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 390°F.
Step 7
Garnish the finished dish with lemon wedges.
