Ingredients
- Sea Bass 25 oz
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Sour Cream 1½ cans
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fish into 6 portion-sized pieces. Season each piece of fish with salt and pepper on all sides, roll it up with a leaf of cilantro inside, and secure it with a toothpick.
Step 2
Pour ½ cup of salted water over the fish, cover with a lid, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the onion, sour cream, sprinkle the fish with grated cheese, and stew under the lid for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
