Sea Bass stuffed with chestnuts and mushrooms
Ingredients
- Scallions 3 stalks
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Peeled chestnuts 5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Sea Bass 2 pieces
- Lime 1 piece
- Cilantro to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil and sauté the finely chopped onions and garlic for 5–6 minutes until soft over low heat.
Step 3
Add the chopped mushrooms and butter. Sauté for 3–4 minutes, then add the chopped chestnuts and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Stuff each fish with the filling and carefully secure with toothpicks.
Step 5
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
Step 6
Serve with boiled brown rice, garnished with lime wedges and sprinkled with cilantro.
