Sea Bass in Foil

Ingredients

  • Scorpion fish fillet 20 oz
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place a piece of fillet skin-side down on a sheet of foil, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with pepper.

Step 2

Boil the eggs hard and chop finely.

Step 3

Chop the parsley and mix it with the eggs.

Step 4

Sprinkle this mixture over the fish.

Step 5

Place a second piece of fillet skin-side up on top and season with salt to taste.

Step 6

Lightly season with pepper.

Step 7

Wrap tightly in foil to avoid tears and gaps, place on a baking sheet, and put in a preheated oven at 355°F.

Step 8

Cook for 25–30 minutes.
