- Sea Bass 35 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Cream 22% 10 fl oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Dill 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the fish from skin, scales, and fins. Cut into several pieces, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the fish in it, pour the cream over, and top with sliced champignon mushrooms. Cover with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the finished dish from the oven and sprinkle with herbs on top.
