- Sea Bass 2 pieces
- Asparagus 5 oz
- Green Peas 5 oz
- Broccoli 5 oz
- Spinach 0 oz
- Kenyan Beans 0 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
- Goat cheese 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Apple Wine 5 fl oz
- Skim Milk 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fish into four pieces and steam for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Blanch the asparagus, peas, broccoli, and beans in salted water (save the broth), then dry on a paper towel.
Step 3
Sauté in olive oil in a skillet along with the spinach.
Step 4
Add 50 ml of vegetable broth and season with salt.
Step 5
For the sauce: blend the cheese, onion, garlic, wine, and milk in a blender.
Step 6
Plate the vegetables and fish. Drizzle with the sauce.
