Sea Bass Fillet with Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Scorpion fish fillet 4 pieces
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Dill 1 bunch
- Olives stuffed with lemon 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 2 bunches
- Salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and scald the lemon with boiling water, then cut it in half. Squeeze the juice from one half over the fillet and slice the other half.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the finely chopped dill and sliced olives.
Step 3
Add the cream, mustard, and salt to the skillet and heat through.
Step 4
Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet.
Step 5
Now it's time for the fish. Place it in the skillet so that the cream almost reaches the top of the fillet.
Step 6
On each piece of fish, place a small piece of butter and a slice of lemon.
Step 7
Cover and cook on low heat for 10–12 minutes.
Step 8
Serve with rice, garnished with basil leaves.
