
Sea Bass Baked with Thyme and Rosemary

Description
As an option, if you don't have a steamer or multicooker, you can place the vegetables in a bag along with the fish.
Ingredients
- Sea Bass 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Courgette 1 piece
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Dill to taste
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to maximum.
Step 2
Gut the sea bass, remove the gills. Make several cuts across the fish.
Step 3
Prepare the marinade: mix olive oil with white pepper, thyme, rosemary, and salt. Coat the sea bass with the marinade.
Step 4
Place the fish in a baking bag. Make several holes in the bag with a toothpick.
Step 5
Put the bag in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 390°F.
Step 6
While the fish is cooking, slice the zucchini and carrot and place them in a steamer or multicooker on the 'Steaming' setting for 15 minutes. Slice the cucumber.
Step 7
Arrange the vegetables on a plate: zucchini, carrot, cucumber. Add olives. Remove the sea bass from the oven and place it on the plate with the vegetables. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
