
Sea Bass Baked in Foil

Description
You can add flavorings: a sprig of rosemary, juice from half an orange, fresh bay leaves, etc. However, it's better to choose just one, as the fish is very delicate.
Ingredients
- Sea Bass 1 piece
- Lemon 1 piece
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the fish, wash it, and pat it dry with paper towels.
Step 2
Make 2–3 lengthwise cuts on each side of the carcass.
Step 3
Season the fish with salt. Brush with oil. Place lemon halves into the slits made in the fish.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 410°F.
Step 5
Wrap the sea bass in a double layer of foil, making sure to seal the edges tightly to limit air exposure.
Step 6
Place in the oven for 20 minutes. When you put it in, reduce the temperature to 355°F.
