- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Pesto 1 teaspoon
- Potato 1 piece
- Prosciutto 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet over low heat, melt the butter.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk lightly, add the cream and salt. Mix again and pour into the heated butter. Using a spatula, pull the edges of the eggs towards the center, then stir vigorously to scramble. After 40 seconds, remove the eggs from the heat and add the pesto.
Step 3
Slice the tomato and place it on a plate. Top it with the scrambled eggs and garnish with slices of prosciutto. Season with freshly ground pepper.
