- Dorbly Cheese 0 oz
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chili Flakes to taste
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, crack 2 eggs.
Step 3
Add ground black pepper.
Step 4
Add salt.
Step 5
Add the grated cheese.
Step 6
Mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Heat both types of oil in a skillet.

Pour the eggs into the skillet. Fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes.

Add Dorblu cheese and season with pepper. Reduce heat.

Fold the scrambled eggs in half and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
