- Veal 35 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Mushroom seasoning 10 oz
- Campbell's Beef Broth 10 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into cubes of 15–20 g.
Step 2
Slightly fry in fat.
Step 3
Add sautéed flour, a small amount of broth, bring to a boil, and simmer in a covered pot on low heat for 45 minutes.
Step 4
After that, add lemon juice, mushroom sauce, salt, pepper, and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve garnished with parsley.
