- Trout 1 piece
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Fat 0 oz
- Oat flakes 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Herbs to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the trout into fillets (including the rib bones) and slice into evenly sized small pieces.
Step 2
Coat the fish in flour and leave it in slightly salted and peppered milk.
Step 3
Then coat the trout in oat flour and fry on both sides in a pan greased with fat. Serve the cooked fish with lemon slices and herbs.
