Scorpion Fish Baked with Vegetables
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Scorpion fish fillet 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Celery stalk 4 stalks
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Olive Oil ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Clean and rinse the fish.
Step 3
Dice all the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Place them on a greased baking sheet or in a baking dish.
Step 4
Place the fish on top. Season with salt, add slices of tomatoes on top, and sprinkle with thyme or place sprigs on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
