Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Ground clove to taste
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Cream 10 fl oz
- Sprats 4 pieces
- Capers 1 tablespoon
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Pork Skewers 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the schnitzels under cold running water and pat dry with a paper towel.
Step 2
Season with pepper and coat in flour.
Step 3
Fry the schnitzels in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil until browned. Then season with salt, remove from the pan, and wrap in foil.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion and garlic and lightly sauté in the remaining heated oil. Pour in the cream and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve.
Step 5
Finely chop the sprats and add them along with the capers to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper, then add the yolk.
Step 6
Place the schnitzels on warmed plates and drizzle with the sauce. Serve the remaining sauce separately.
