- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Parsley 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rub the tenderloin fillet with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Sauté the fillet in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown, then add finely chopped onion.
Step 3
Transfer the sautéed meat and onions to a saucepan.
Step 4
Combine the sour cream and broth, then pour this mixture over the meat and add finely chopped parsley.
Step 5
Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat until the meat is cooked through.
Step 6
Serve with baked potatoes and roasted carrots.
