Ingredients
- Scallops 20 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Corn Flour for Polenta 2 spoons
- Scallions 12 stalks
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Ginger 0 oz
- Spinach 10 oz
- Sesame Oil 0 fl oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Sherry 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a wok.
Step 2
Whisk the egg white with cornstarch and coat the scallops in the mixture, then fry them in oil for about a minute.
Step 3
Remove the scallops from the skillet, then add soy sauce, sherry, sesame oil, chopped green onion stems, spinach, thinly sliced tomatoes (with the insides removed), and ginger (finely chopped) to the vegetable oil. Sauté this mixture, stirring, for about three minutes. Afterwards, combine it with the scallops and serve.
