- Scallops 6 pieces

- Garlic 1 clove

- Meyer Lemon Juice 5 fl oz

Thoroughly rinse the scallops and pat them dry with a paper towel. Finely chop the garlic and parsley.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, and parsley. Coat the scallops in the mixture and place them in the refrigerator for 30–40 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat a skillet over high heat, reducing the heat slightly just before cooking the scallops. Sear the scallops for 1.5 to 2 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Arrange the cooked scallops on plates, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve immediately.
