Ingredients
- Scallops 12 pieces
- Snap Peas 10 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Oranges 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Prepare the scallops: they need to be dried with a towel, salted, and peppered. Place them in the skillet and cook until golden brown.
Step 2
Zest the orange. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add the peas and orange zest, season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Serve with salad leaves, orange wedges, and asparagus. Optionally, drizzle with a sauce made by mixing vinegar, oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
