- Anise Vodka 0 fl oz
- Celery salt 5 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons

Step 1
Sauté the scallops and shrimp lightly in a pan, drizzle with anise liqueur (Sambuca), and ignite.

Then pour the cream into the pan and reduce it to a sauce consistency.

Cut the celery root into thin strips and fry until cooked.
