- Brandy 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a mixture of butter and olive oil, sauté the cumin seeds for a minute, then add finely chopped cabbage, coarsely chopped garlic, and finely diced sausage.
Step 2
Sauté for a few minutes, then splash in some brandy, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for another five to ten minutes.
Step 3
Serve with white bread and chilled white wine.
