Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Young zucchini 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Adyghe cheese 1 teaspoon
- Khmeli-suneli 1 teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour canola oil into a preheated skillet, add the chicken breast sliced into pieces. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the carrot cut into large strips, stir well.
Step 3
After 5 minutes, add the sliced mushrooms, stir well.
Step 4
Next, add the zucchini, peeled and cut into large strips, stir well.
Step 5
Add the tomato grated or blended.
Step 6
Add the pepper cut into strips, stir well. Immediately add the onion sliced into half-rings, stir well.
Step 7
Add salt, spices, basil, and garlic. For those who like it spicier, you can add ground red and black pepper.
Step 8
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
