Sausages in potato dough
Ingredients
- Potato 3 pieces
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Sausages 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the boiled potatoes through a meat grinder while still hot, add a raw egg, flour, salt, and mix everything well.
Step 2
Roll out the prepared potato dough and cut it into rectangles the size of the sausages, after removing their casings.
Step 3
Place the sausages on the rectangles of dough and pinch the edges to seal. Brush the surface with a mixture of egg and melted butter, make some slits on top of the dough, and sprinkle with sesame seeds or grated cheese.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 355°F for 15–20 minutes.
