Ingredients
- Puff Pastry 5 oz
- Ketchup 4 tablespoons
- Sausages 8 pieces
- Chicken Egg 1 piece

Step 1
Roll out the puff pastry. Cut into 8 strips measuring 30x2 cm. Spread ketchup on the pastry and wrap the cooled boiled sausages with the strips (secure the ends of the strips with halves of toothpicks).
Step 2
Brush each sausage with beaten egg. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 390°F. Before serving, remove the toothpicks. Serve with any vegetables.
