Satsivi with Chicken
Ingredients
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Utskho Suneli 0 oz
- Ground coriander 0 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Chicken Broth 20 fl oz
- Poultry 5 lbs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend walnuts, garlic, onion, and broth together until smooth. Season to taste with spices.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken under cold water and remove any remaining entrails.
Step 3
Boil until partially cooked, adding onion, garlic, and bay leaf.
Step 4
Remove from water, season with salt. Bake in the oven at 355°F for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Cool down. Remove the skin. Separate the meat from the bones and shred into large pieces.
Step 6
Pour 200 g of satsivi sauce over 150 g of cooked chicken. Garnish with cilantro sprigs and dried chili pepper.
