Ingredients
- Veal 8 pieces
- Prosciutto 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Sage 8 leaves
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 1 cup
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place half a slice of prosciutto and a sage leaf on each piece of veal and cover them with plastic wrap.
Step 2
On a clean surface, pound the veal so that the prosciutto and sage adhere well, remove the wrap and coat both sides of the meat in flour.
Step 3
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the meat until browned.
Step 4
Arrange the cooked meat on plates.
Step 5
Pour the wine into the skillet and stir.
Step 6
Sauté over medium heat until some of the wine evaporates.
Step 7
Drizzle the meat with the resulting sauce and serve.
