- Fresh basil leaves 2 bunches
- 10% cream 0 oz
- Red Caviar ½ jar
- Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Rose Hips 1 sprig
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Rub the salmon steak with salt and pepper, coat it in breadcrumbs, insert a sprig of rosemary, and place it in the oven for 25 minutes at 180-390°F.
Step 2
Blanch the spinach in boiling water. Chop the garlic and sauté it in olive oil, then add the spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Blend the caviar in a blender and add the cream.
Step 4
